Ryan worked on design and marketing projects such as newspaper and magazine advertisements, corporate website, timesheet web application, notice board web application, corporate intranet, vehicle signage, internal publications, and posters which go out to all offices across Canada as well as Africa. Ryan maintained an overall unified brand which Focus didn't have prior to his arrival.

This position was also a multi-faceted role in an Internet ISP combining marketing and advertising; visual communication; and programming skills.
